I really love this place. There's a very small parking lot on the right of the building. There's sashimi's always fresh. The staff are very nice. I have ordered platters from them for holidays and other occasions. Today my daughter and I ate some Poké bowls there. There are a few tables and some seating by the window.

Ate here today while being a temporary substitute paraprofessional at P.S. 163 Q. I had brought and ate the sashimi lunch box with a side of cold glass of ramune soda that it tasted quite good, fresh and delicious. The service there was also attentive and very quick. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time.

A lovely spot! I came with some of my friends from my class at queens college. We all got the combos. I think it's a great price for a great food. I had the shrimp tempura and salmon avocado roll with taro bubble tea. The bubble tea was a good size. There were nice seating too. Really cute place I'm glad they opened. There was a new guy when we came and he asked us if we wanted receipts or not and most of us said no. One girl had to remind them about her order and they asked for the receipt. She explained she didn't want it. Poor new guy working cashier got yelled at by some lady because were supposed to get our receipts back always. :( We felt so bad. We think it was just an honest mistake that happened because overall the service was great. Please don't yell at the new workers though.. He was very nice.

Passed by this place couple times on my way to Main Street and I finally gave it a try couple weeks ago. This place is combined with a bubble tea place called Whale's Tea, and you order the food at the same register you'd order the drinks. I ordered sushi and sashimi combo ($26) but they got the order wrong and gave us sushi combo instead. I went up to the register with my receipt to confirm and they fixed the order. We ended up getting 3 extra pieces of sushi in the end so I'm not complaining lol. The food was pretty decent. I haven't had sushi in a long time so it's hard to compare but I didn't have any complaints about the taste. Some of the sashimi was very cold though. (It seems weird pointing out that cold food is cold but the white sashimi tasted ice cold in comparison to other ones) As for the quantity, it was enough to fill up two small eaters, especially with the bubble tea on side. Maybe it's because it's still pretty new but unlike the name "Sushi and Ramen," they did not have any ramen options when I visited. I'd definitely visit again. The place has a nice cafe-like atmosphere and because it's combined with a bubble tea place, there's a variety of choices when it comes to drinks. They also seem to sell some Asian snacks, but I haven't paid too much attention to that.

Qiu Sushi and Ramen is a fast casual restaurant. We've visited several times now since they opened last month. I really like the vibe of this place. The interior is spacious, very clean and sparse looking. They also share the space with Whale Tea, and you order (and pay) at that counter. You pick up the food when it's ready from the sushi bar and bring to your table. The menu has a wide variety of traditional rolls as well as specialty rolls. During our visits, we've tried the Eel Avocado roll, Spicy Salmon roll, Shrimp Tempura roll, Kissena roll and the Fantastic Roll. The sushi was consistently delicious and fresh. Made well and had good fish quality. Ratio of fish to rice was just right. The Spicy Salmon was mild but had good texture. The Kissena roll was generously packed with sashimi pieces. And the Shrimp tempura was delicious, not oily and had great crunch. Qiu Sushi and Ramen is definitely worth checking out. The restaurant is in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of several schools, including Queens College. Once school opens this restaurant will be packed. I suggest coming by before then to check them out. One thing I must point out is that they do not serve ramen, they only sell sushi and poke bowls. I inquired with the staff about this, but they could not give me an answer as to why it says "ramen" in their name but they don't offer this on their menu.
